During this FREE technical support phase we take clients calls for small design and textual changes and usually we do it within next 4-8 hours of receiving the change request. How we proceed your project..? This is sometime a very big question to some Clients. And this is very natural because different people have different opinion and so they follow their way.
First of all we study your requirement via Chat discussion or from Technical Specification doc sent to us by email. Based on your project requirement we will then send you a Project SRS (software requirement specification) with estimated cost and tentative time frame for complete this project mentioning clearly different phase like design phase, development phase, QA phase etc and your hosting server requirement too. Then we will do PSD design and will send you a copy of that (in JPEG format). When you approve this part we will go to next phase i.e HTML, CSS, PHP coding and necessary other development related work. If not approve then we will do revise this PSD as per your instruction and do it until you are 100% satisfied.
